We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development. This role involves assisting with store functions and day-to-day activities, helping customers, organizing and transferring merchandise, performing opening and closing procedures, processing corporate directives, maintaining promotional displays, assisting with ordering and record keeping, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, protecting company assets, adhering to policies, and supervising, training, and developing Store Associates. The position requires maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful environment and professional interactions. It also includes responsibilities for store cleanliness and other assigned duties. As a manager, you may be required by the local jurisdiction to provide certain detailed background information necessary to obtain a license to sell alcoholic beverages / tobacco products, and failure to comply and/or qualify for such license can lead to demotion or separation of employment.
