The position also entails supporting the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing Store Associates, fostering a positive and respectful environment, and maintaining professional interactions. Additionally, the role may require providing background information for specialized licenses to sell alcohol and/or tobacco, with compliance being crucial for employment.
