We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development. This role involves assisting with various store functions and day-to-day store activities, including helping customers, organizing and transferring merchandise, performing opening and closing procedures, and processing corporate directives. The Assistant Store Manager will also maintain promotional displays, assist with ordering and record keeping, ensure store cleanliness and standards, protect company assets, and adhere to safety guidelines. A key part of the role is to help the Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates, fostering a positive, safe, and respectful environment.
