We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service, and team development. This role involves assisting with day-to-day store activities, positively interacting with customers, organizing and transferring merchandise, and maintaining seasonal areas. Key responsibilities include performing opening and closing procedures, processing corporate directives, maintaining promotional displays, and assisting with ordering, record keeping (payroll, scheduling, cash register deposits), and loss prevention. The Assistant Store Manager is also responsible for maintaining store cleanliness, protecting company assets, adhering to safety guidelines, and ensuring all store associates follow policies. This position will help the Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates, fostering a positive, safe, and respectful environment.
