We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development. This role involves assisting with various store functions and day-to-day activities, including helping customers, organizing merchandise, performing opening and closing procedures, and processing corporate directives. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for maintaining promotional displays, assisting with ordering and record keeping, and ensuring loss prevention. Maintaining store cleanliness and adherence to company policies and safety guidelines are also key aspects. The position involves supporting the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing Store Associates, fostering a positive and respectful environment.
