We're seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development. The Assistant Store Manager will assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities, help customers in a positive, approachable manner, and address any questions or concerns they may have. Responsibilities include organizing and transferring merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor, performing opening and closing procedures, processing corporate directives, maintaining promotional effectiveness of store-front fixtures and displays, assisting in ordering merchandise, and ensuring a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom. The role also involves protecting company assets, adhering to policies and procedures, supervising and training store associates, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store.
