The Assistant Manager must possess strategic thinking skills and a proven track record of driving results while developing high-performing teams. Every day, the Assistant Manager is responsible for achieving supply and demand goals by creating an environment of exceptional client experience. This is accomplished by leveraging superior service, clienteling, and partnerships with Valuation Managers. The Assistant Manager manages day-to-day support for Customer Experience Specialists, fostering a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and open communication. Training and developing Customer Experience Specialists on product knowledge, sales techniques, consignor education, and customer service skills is also a key responsibility. The Assistant Manager actively commits to maintaining a diverse team and creating an inclusive environment by prioritizing The RealReal's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion training. Leading by example on the sales floor and building brand loyalty by delivering a best-in-class customer experience are essential aspects of this role.
