About The Position

The position is located at 1375 North 1st Street, Stayton, Oregon 97383, and is a full-time role with shift availability during days, evenings, and overnight. The essential duties include ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining facility condition, merchandising, sales controls, financial controls, staffing controls, security controls, and administrative controls. The employee will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, managing inventory, overseeing staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year of retail and management work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic business and customer service principles.
• Ability to communicate clearly and deal with customer issues.
• Ability to operate cash registers and other equipment.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
• Open availability to work opposite shifts of the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provides and coaches store staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Greets customers and assists them with suggestions or recommendations.
• Handles cash register operations and resolves customer issues.
• Maintains store cleanliness and reports maintenance needs.
• Monitors product areas for stock and freshness.
• Ensures accurate transaction processing and cash handling.
• Keeps accurate records of cash, sales, payroll, and inventory.
• Oversees store employees and performs shift supervision.
• Maintains a safe environment for employees and customers.
• Prepares periodic sales and operating reports.
