About The Position

The Lāna‘i Bowl Assistant Manager-Front of House is responsible for the successful daily execution of the restaurant, bowling and arcade operations. This includes active supervision of floor operations, ensuring execution of service standards, team coaching, guest relations, inventory management and safety compliance. The Assistant Restaurant Manager works closely with management and BOH leadership to deliver smooth, efficient service and an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

• Experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a bowling or arcade environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems.
