What You Will Do: The Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth operations, of the NLU Coffee Shop, the Daily Grind and the NLU Store. In addition, this individual will support additional food service operations and catered events. The successful candidate will provide leadership to student workers, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for all members of the National Louis University (NLU) community, serving as a motivator, leader, and problem-solver.
