About The Position

The Assistant Manager, Field Operations will assist the managers of a geographic territory, region, location or unit that has an impact on corporate, business unit, or organizational objectives. This role contributes to the establishment of strategies and plans, and implements business objectives. The Assistant Manager will work with management to observe and learn to manage and allocate financial and employee resources, and will be involved in selecting, coaching, and developing employees under the direction of management. The position also involves assisting managers in developing innovative leadership techniques that will improve the safety and quality of work performed by employee groups.
