This role contributes to the establishment of strategies and plans, and implements business objectives. The Assistant Manager will work with management to observe and learn to manage and allocate financial and employee resources, and will be involved in selecting, coaching, and developing employees under the direction of management. The position also involves assisting in the development of innovative leadership techniques to improve safety and work quality, thereby enhancing efficiencies.
