About The Position

Position Synopsis: Individual will be responsible to oversee the technical
aspects, performance and resource requirements necessary for assigned Electrical
engineering projects and personnel with primary focus on calculations and
analysis. Individual will be responsible to ensure that accurate engineering
deliverable reviews are accomplished and are consistent with client processes
and procedures. Engineering scope includes developing engineering calculations
and determination of project scope. Position requires the individual to exercise
independent judgment in leading direct reports in the day-to-day activities
necessary to support ongoing work. Individual will need to communicate with
project managers, other engineering disciplines, and clients to coordinate the
development of project deliverables and schedules, assign resources, and resolve
discrepancies. The ability to interface with the customer and their
representatives to ensure their satisfaction as well as a proven ability to
oversee calculation and analysis engineering projects is necessary for this
position. The expectation of this role is to be a “working supervisor” which
means approximately 80% of your time will be direct support of projects and 20%
of your time will be oversight of engineers in your discipline.
