As the Assistant Manager Dining Services at Signature, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of Starbucks and Delights, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. Requirements

• 2+ Years of prior relevant customer service experience required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be 21 Years of age or older
• 1+ Years of prior relevant experience in Food and Beverage operations preferred
• 2+ Years of prior relevant supervisory experience preferred
• Previous experience in a Starbucks Operations Manager role or similar preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff and operations to ensure that service and safety standards are being met
• Hire, train, and supervise staff
• Ensure staff adheres to the property policies and procedures and handle all discipline and performance reviews
• Facilitate and maintain consistent safety programs, training and documentation to ensure the overall safety of guests
• Monitor overall guest satisfaction
• Communicate with F&B support departments such as PAD, Laundry, Hotel Operations, Convention Service and Catering, and Security as needed to ensure the smooth operation of services
• Schedule staff and ensure accuracy of timekeeping records
• Complete administrative tasks using various technology and software
• Assist with ordering inventory and other essential office functions
