Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing within media/entertainment, a digital or creative agency, or a closely related field (prior experience in international digital marketing is a plus)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Photoshop, with a strong understanding of social media platforms

Nice To Haves

• Excellent people / interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Foreign language proficiency is a plus
• Passion and love for film

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for creative assets, working closely with the Creative, Publicity, Creative Content, and U.S. Digital teams to compile and distribute available campaign assets (posters, trailers, featurettes, clips, stills, etc.) to all partners
• Help plan and coordinate influencer activations, including travel, logistics, on-the-ground support, and post-event reporting
• Work closely with the Legal team to ensure agencies and third-party vendors are accurately contracted, including NDAs, Statements of Work, and other necessary agreements
• Assist with content launches, such as trailers and featurettes, and help build digital assets (banners, social media skins, etc.) to support the release
• Collaborate with 60+ international markets to review and provide feedback on local digital assets, manage timelines and quality assurance for games and features, and coordinate the launch of international ticketing platforms
• Support the creation of filmmaker decks, overview presentations, guidelines, and wrap-up reports
