Responsible for assisting with planning, organizing, and developing the overall operation of the Dietary Services department to help ensure that quality food service and nutritional care is provided at all times. This includes acting as backup to the Manager Food & Nutrition Services. Adheres to and practices the St. John's Health Corporate Compliance Program and participates in Performance Improvement activities.
