We are looking for a an experienced Assistant Manager who is passionate about taking care of their patients, and their employees. As a leader of one of our busiest practices, your compassion and leadership will touch the lives of children, adults and your staff. From PPO to Medicaid clientele, you will be at the helm of a multi-million dollar state-of-art practice.
Requirements
- An experienced Assistant Manager with at least one year of experience
- You're passionate about your profession and have proven leadership skills
- You're compassionate towards others
Nice To Haves
- Healthcare experience is preferred
- Bilingual is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Assist the Office Manager with daily operations
- Ensure your office is prepared to treat all patients and specialties
- Work with patients, assisting with billing, and advising on insurance & treatment plans
