About The Position
This role is categorized as HYBRID. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to GM - Cadillac Tower three times per week, at minimum. This job may be eligible for relocation benefits. Seeking a skilled professional to join Sales Operations & Retail Innovation as Assistant Manager, Dealer Data Governance. This role oversees dealer data governance, ensuring policy compliance, managing data access requests, and for managing and maintaining dealer data assets in Atlan, including data elements, definitions, and standard usage guidelines. Responsibilities include leading contract staff, monitoring emerging technologies, and reporting key metrics to leadership. The position supports the use of dealer data for analytics, modeling, marketing, and dealer-optional initiatives to enhance customer experience and vehicle quality. The scope of this position is global and will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization including Legal, IT, Marketing, Sales, and Aftersales.
