The Assistant Manager, Database and Online Operations is independently responsible for key aspects of the Jonsson Cancer Center Foundation (JCCF) operations and database management. This involves activities associated with the research and management of prospective donors. Provides organization with key information and tools to effectively build relationships with donors and manage fundraiser portfolios. Provides performance metrics and consultation. This includes management of systems used for fundraising, of which tens of millions of dollars are received on a yearly basis. The incumbent will also complete operations activities, database upkeep, provide online fundraising and special gift support. The incumbent plays an active ongoing role in ensuring all database workflows are consistent and up to date and that all JCCF employees are trained on Raiser's Edge / Raiser's Edge NXT and online tools. The Assistant Manager, Database and Online Operations is also responsible for all donor recognition coordination, including online and on-site. Works with senior professionals to develop and coordinate prospect development initiatives for development. Works with senior professionals to produce moderately complex research, briefings, analysis and reports for fundraising team. Independently contributes to planning efforts for programs or research projects of moderate scope and / or complexity. Identifies process inefficiencies or bottlenecks in activity logistics.
