About the position
As a full-time Assistant Manager at D'Angelo, you will play a crucial role in the restaurant's operations, ensuring a positive atmosphere that promotes passion, performance, and outstanding service. Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in operating the restaurant to achieve corporate profit objectives.
- Provide guest satisfaction and maintain a friendly and enthusiastic work environment.
- Create a fun, productive, and respectful culture within the restaurant.
- Work at any station when necessary to support daily operations.
- Ensure the highest level of hospitality and service is provided to guests at all times as the Manager on Duty.
- Escalate disciplinary issues to the General Manager.
- Ensure compliance with established food standards and quality.
- Monitor guest relations, labor costs, and restaurant safety and sanitation.
Requirements
- A great attitude and willingness to learn.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability for both daytime and nighttime shifts.
- Minimum of 1 year of retail or restaurant management experience.
