Responsibilities

• Credit and Collections: Communicate with customers and collect on accounts to positively impact growth and revenue.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through 'white glove' service in stores and customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Safely load/unload and install products while following handling and transportation procedures.
• Merchandising: Maintain an inviting store environment with organized products and cleanliness.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Great communication and customer service skills.
