About The Position

As a Credit Assistant Manager at Rent-A-Center, you will play a crucial role in providing customers access to high-quality goods that enhance their quality of life. This position involves meaningful work that makes a difference in our customers' lives. You will be responsible for credit and collections, customer service, deliveries and pickups, and merchandising. Your day-to-day tasks will include positively impacting growth and revenue through effective communication with customers and collecting on accounts, providing top-notch customer experiences, ensuring safe and compliant loading/unloading and installation of products, and maintaining an inviting store environment.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances
• Great communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Credit and Collections: Communicate with customers and collect on accounts daily to positively impact growth and revenue.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through 'white glove' service in stores and customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Safely load/unload and install products while following all handling and transportation procedures.
• Merchandising: Maintain an organized and clean store environment for both customers and coworkers.
