Job Summary Work with the AVP of Business Process Improvement to oversee commercial lines policy administration systems including testing, help desk and business analysis functions.

Requirements

  • College Degree or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 5 Years in Commercial Insurance Automation
  • Previous policy administration system testing and help desk experience
  • Experience overseeing offshore teams
  • Extensive automation skills including Microsoft Office Suite, SQL query writing and BI tools such as Cognos
  • Good verbal and written Communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Manages the testing of Commercial Underwriting automation releases in accordance with the established schedules
  • Manage the automation User Help Desk.
  • Maintain the Commercial Underwriting automation system user guides and training materials as required.
  • Works with and assists in the day to day management of system vendors.
  • Organizes, writes, creates and distributes system Bulletins as needed.
  • Participates in pre-release vendor testing as needed.
  • Assists with proper internal controls as necessary to conduct job functions and/or carry out responsibilities and/or administrative activities at Company.
