The Assistant Manager, Consumer Engagement will lead and execute strategies for influencer, PR, and community engagement for Givenchy and Kenzo in North America. This role involves managing relationships with influencers, overseeing content creation, and ensuring alignment with brand objectives to enhance consumer sentiment and brand awareness.

  • Manage and develop paid/organic influencer and PR programs that drive strategic brand objectives.
  • Facilitate and support content creation from influencers, creators, makeup artists, and advocates for brand evergreen and launch programs.
  • Create and optimize content briefs for influencer programs across paid and organic channels.
  • Own content approvals process with HQ and manage content dissemination internally.
  • Partner with Consumer Engagement Sr Manager to develop a 'Friends of the House' editorial program to elevate brand awareness.
  • Ensure strong editorial presence through collaboration with external PR/media agencies and facilitation of press placements.
  • Maintain and refresh influencer and celebrity makeup artist lists for strategic recommendations.
  • Build and maintain a yearly calendar of all Consumer Engagement programs for both brands.
  • Identify, recruit, and build relationships with beauty influencers that align with the brand's image.
  • Develop and manage ongoing relationships with top-tier influencers, micro-influencers, and content creators.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for influencers, providing clear communication and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Build monthly forecasts for future programs in partnership with Paid Media Manager and Consumer Engagement Sr Manager.
  • Manage and track budget for departmental, media, and influencer activities.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly reporting of Consumer Engagement activities and market landscape analyses.
  • 2-4 years' experience in digital/social/editorial in-house for a brand.
  • Luxury and/or beauty experience is a must.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent external communication skills, including agent/talent negotiations and conflict resolution.
  • Strong Excel and data management/analysis skills.
  • Passion for beauty, trends, social media, and storytelling.
  • Knowledge of platform engagement metrics and influencer success indicators.
  • Content creation and facilitation skills are highly requested.
  • Must be a fast learner and open to feedback.
  • Collaborative contributor eager to partner with peers.
  • Experience with influencer tools like Tribe and Traackr.
  • Knowledge of emerging talent and platform heroes.
  • Competitive salary range of $73,000-$78,000 with flexibility based on expertise and performance.
