The Assistant Manager, Communications & Advocacy will assist development of comprehensive paid and earned influencer marketing plans that meet business objectives and communication goals for our beauty brands (No7, Soap & Glory, Botanics, Liz Earle). This role will support the Communications & Advocacy Manager and Head of Communications & Advocacy to drive end-to-end Influencer paid + earned campaign planning from strategy to brief development, through creative execution to measurement and reporting ensuring clean communication throughout each step of the process. Additionally, this role will help mentor Communications & Advocacy Coordinator with processes and systems. In all aspects of the role, facilitate collaboration across Integrated Communications, Brand teams and external agency partners to craft cutting edge, high-performance Influencer marketing plans that break through the cluttered beauty influencer space that resonates with our consumers. As a key member of the Integrated Communications team, the role has a direct impact on brand performance and will assist the Communications & Advocacy Manager and Head of Communications & Advocacy in the creation of long-term influencer and measurement strategies. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills and influencer relationships, strong understanding of affiliate marketing and community building and management on social, who is detail-oriented with data-driven performance reporting experience.
