As you learn to lead a team, you will receive training in the fundamentals of product quality, sanitation, cost control, inventory control & customer relations. In our fast-paced environment, you will learn the skills to 'Handle the Rush' & be taught the important leadership skills needed to develop our team!

Requirements

• Drivers license with 2 years’ experience if 18 or 1 year if 19 or older
• A clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• A dependable vehicle with proof of auto insurance
• A desire to lead people
• Flexible availability

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and manage daily operations
• Ensure product quality and sanitation standards are met
• Control costs and manage inventory
• Handle customer relations effectively
• Train and develop team members
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment
