The Food and Beverage (F&B) Organization operates over 300 unique dining venues, all committed to delivering exceptional mountain dining experiences as part of the overall guest journey. The Assistant Manager Chef plays a key leadership role in supporting the culinary operations of an on-mountain dining outlet. This position works closely with the Sous Chef and broader management team to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality food and service. The Assistant Manager Chef helps oversee daily kitchen operations, supports staff development, and ensures that food preparation and presentation meet established standards.
