About The Position

As a Casino Host Services Assistant Manager, you will assist with managing the daily operations of Casino Host Services while ensuring sufficient coverage and support is provided for Casino Marketing. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Has a High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in Front Desk, VIP Services, Casino Marketing, or high-volume customer service experience

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high productivity of all employees while developing effective scheduling and appropriate staffing levels
  • Assume full responsibility for the department in the absence of the Manager or the Department Head
  • Ensure sufficient supplies and tools are provided to enforce a positive work environment for the department
  • Supervise Casino Host Services Coordinators work performance and apply progressive discipline when appropriate
  • Oversee quality hiring, training, and succession planning processes that encompasses the Company’s diversity and inclusion commitment
  • Must be able to evaluate casino play and ensure proper management of casino assets for our high-valued casino customers
  • Embrace the responsibility of maintaining a thorough understanding of all departmental standards and policies, actively contributing to a safe and efficient work environment
  • Demonstrate the ability to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment through effective multitasking, good judgment, and exceptional guest service, aligning with the brand's attributes
  • Promote and develop a team-oriented culture while fostering the importance of providing unparalleled commitment to excellence in service
  • Comply with all legal requirements, including Title 31, and attend mandatory compliance and training sessions, while also staying informed on departmental and property policies and procedures
  • Able to effectively communicate with internal departments in a professional and timely manner resulting in positive service standards
  • Assist with tracking attendance and payroll reporting
