About The Position
We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Car Wash to add to our team at our Fort Myers, FL location! Sparkling Image Car Wash is one of the nation's largest car wash companies, operating full service car washes, detail carters & lube centers under Sparkling Image, Eager Beaver and Sparkling Image Express Oil Change brands. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the car wash, ensuring that we provide an excellent service experience for our customers while maintaining profit and loss responsibility. You will also be responsible for the overall safety and cleanliness of the store, employee orientation, performance management, training, and inventory management. As an Assistant Manager, you will learn how to lead a team while assuming increasing responsibility for managing car wash operations. This includes monitoring wash quality and maintaining brand standards. You will be expected to learn and master all job roles at the car wash in order to effectively train current and new team members. Additionally, you will work with various software programs and applications, including Microsoft Office, our point-of-sale system, HR systems, and more. We are looking for candidates who desire to manage high volume activity in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and who can exercise hands-on leadership while driving revenue through customer service concepts.
