About The Position

The Assistant Buffet Manager is responsible for assisting with all aspects of daily restaurant operations for Beau Rivage's Buffet. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• High School, GED or equivalent
• Experience in leadership roles
• Experience in Casino resorts, restaurants, or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Make daily floor plans per shift to ensure proper rotation and coverage of stations.
• Supervise floor service in the dining room during hours of operation.
• Communicate with management, chefs, and culinary staff to fulfill and address any issues or needs of the guests or employees.
• Order supplies through the IP System and Purchasing; prepare purchase requisitions for outlets.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and an exceptional guest experience.
