  • Assist in the execution of content playbooks to ensure global-local guidelines and Retailer/Industry requirements are harmonized.
  • Support team lead in engaging with key stakeholders to gather insights, feedback, and requirements for digital merchandising initiatives.
  • Drive collaboration between Brand Teams and CX Teams to support digital merchandising opportunities.
  • Manage end-to-end content workflows to streamline communication and improve timelines for publication and execution.
  • Communicate brand Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure adoption levels meet project guidelines and timelines.
  • Develop learning agendas and training materials to establish clear KPIs and measurement frameworks for continuous optimization.
  • Drive adoption of digital shelf compliance and act as a subject matter expert across relevant platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Digital Asset Management, Digital Marketing, Digital Shelf, or Content.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work within timelines with attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Promotes a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Process-oriented mindset with a high level of curiosity.
  • Ability to take initiative and drive projects to completion.
  • Experience with digital asset management platforms.
  • Familiarity with KPI measurement and reporting.
