Under the direction of the Bookstore Manager, this individual assists with the supervision and daily management of the Health Sciences Bookstore, a retail operation with an annual budget of $800,000. The position will require strong communication skills and will work as a team to ensure LSUHSC goals are accomplished. The Assistant Manager will often substitute as the manager in the Bookstore Manager's absence. The incumbent should have excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to work harmoniously with others to achieve positive results. All duties must be accomplished with a high degree of independence.
