The supervisor also provides training and resources to ensure a high-quality care experience, reviews and confirms the team's referrals to appropriate services, and monitors the quality and effectiveness of the team's execution of programs, recommending adjustments as necessary. Additionally, the supervisor trains the team on guidelines, regulatory policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
