About The Position

Domino's Pizza is hiring for management positions, specifically shift runners and assistant managers. This role offers a fun and flexible work environment and valuable work experience. As a member of the management team, you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and Customer relations. You must set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew. The company emphasizes internal promotion, offering a path to learning the skills necessary to become a General Manager of a store, and potentially a Domino's franchisee. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses.

Requirements

• Hunger to learn and follow proven systems

• Must be 18 years or older
