About The Position

Domino's Pizza is hiring for management positions, specifically shift runners and assistant managers. The role offers a fun and flexible work environment and valuable experience. As a member of the management team, you are responsible for all aspects of your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You are expected to set an example and adhere to all company policies and procedures, and ensure your crew does the same. The company emphasizes internal advancement, with opportunities to become a General Manager and potentially a Domino's franchisee. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses.

Requirements

• Hunger to learn and follow proven systems
• Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be 18 years or older
