The candidate will proactively propose actions to enhance sales quality and review the sales process and procedures of the sales force at assigned locations, ensuring compliance with established standards and policies. Collaboration with Distribution Line 1A and respective department heads is necessary to identify and implement actions that enhance sales quality.
