About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support the Advanced Services and Digital Solutions Financial Operations Department. In this role, you will partner closely with the Manager to drive billing accuracy, financial performance, and operational efficiency across fleet and digital service operations. You will contribute to financial strategy execution, oversee key customer experience and reporting processes for our National Accounts and iTRACK customers, and lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance automation, data capabilities, and overall departmental effectiveness. This position offers expanded exposure to departmental leadership, financial strategy execution, and enterprise-wide initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • 3 + years of experience in project management, customer operations management, fleet management, or related areas.
  • Experience with SAP
  • Demonstrated leadership or team coordination experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP or MBA).
  • Experience improving workflows through automation or system enhancements.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
  • Experience with Service and Financial portals such as Service Channel, Fleet Clarity, Coupa, etc.
  • Experience supporting audit and compliance initiatives (including JSOX).

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of departmental financial strategies aligned to organizational objectives, with a focus on billing accuracy, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline financial operations, enhance automation, and improve workflow processes.
  • Assist with monthly budget preparation, financial reviews, and monitoring of controllable expenses.
  • Coordinate responses to internal and external audit inquiries and assist with JSOX compliance documentation.
  • Lead initiatives to improve customer KPI’s in service timelines, TOC, invoicing, etc.
  • Manages the Customer First program (includes response to 1-800# calls, customer emails, etc.)
  • Manages operations of Voice of the Customer Program.
  • Responsible for reporting necessary fees to be billed for iTRACK.
  • Manages team responsible for iTRACK operations including but not limited to: Demos Forecasting Quoting assistance New Customer Onboarding Training Customer Experience
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial, operational, and performance reporting for leadership review.
  • Lead smaller cross-functional initiatives and support larger strategic projects under departmental leadership.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to team members and dealer partners.
  • Engages in Raymond Lean Management (RLM) efforts.
  • Promotes standardization throughout team and S&SC network.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
