About The Position
The Assistant Manager for Adult Residential Programs at GIL Foundation is a pivotal role that combines leadership, compassion, and a commitment to enhancing the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for supervising a team of 12-15 staff members, providing coaching and mentorship to ensure that all team members are equipped to meet the needs of the residents. The position requires flexibility in scheduling due to the nature of 24-hour care, and the Assistant Manager will be part of a rotation for on-call responsibilities.
