About The Position

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.

Requirements

  • Ability to operate all equipment
  • Experience in stocking ingredients from delivery area to storage and work area
  • Ability to prepare products
  • Experience in receiving and processing telephone orders
  • Ability to take inventory and complete associated paperwork

Responsibilities

  • Manage all cost controls during the shift
  • Oversee inventory control and cash control
  • Ensure excellent customer relations
  • Set an example for the crew

  • Manage food effectively and adhere to standards
  • Work according to a schedule
  • Maintain a perfect image of the store
  • Provide great customer service
  • Ensure attendance and punctuality
  • Manage transportation to/from work
  • Maintain store cleanliness
