Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing and able to work during times of inclement weather.
• Willing to open and close the store.
• Ability to operate all equipment.
• Ability to stock ingredients from delivery area to storage.
• Ability to prepare product and process telephone orders.
• Ability to take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Ability to clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Strong communication skills to comprehend and give correct written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for everything that happens during your shift.
• Manage cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
• Oversee staffing, paperwork, food management, and store cleanliness.
• Ensure great customer service, attendance, punctuality, and marketing.
• Work to a set or changing schedule.
• Maintain a perfect image and adhere to standards.
