The position involves assisting in the daily oversight, coordination, and execution of objectives related to sales, costs, employee retention, customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation. The role requires understanding all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training initiatives to effectively manage the store in the absence of the General Manager. The individual will ensure a welcoming environment for customers and maintain a responsive, courteous, and service-oriented team.
