About The Position

The position involves supervising store operations during assigned shifts, managing cost controls, inventory control, and cash control. The role requires ensuring excellent customer service and handling customer concerns, as well as supporting and coaching team members during shifts. Additionally, maintaining labor levels according to company standards and ensuring store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies are key responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
  • Prior management experience in fast food (pizza experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of basic math and cash handling.
  • Ability to train, motivate, and lead a team.
