Join our team at Chick-fil-A Centerville Hwy as an Assistant Manager! This is a hands-on management opportunity designed to provide you with a career in the most highly-esteemed restaurant chain in the nation, while offering a clear roadmap for your professional growth and development. You will assist in managing a team to ensure a great customer experience, oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, and implement policies and procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, and promote sales. You will also maintain a work environment that ensures and promotes food safety, and work hands-on in various Front of House and Back of House positions. This role requires collaboration with other department leaders to increase overall restaurant results through weekly meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals.

  • 2 years of leadership experience (required)
  • Hospitality or Kitchen experience (preferred)

  • Ability to work 3, 13 hour shifts for a 3 day work week (Either 5am-6pm OR 10am-11pm)
