You’ll help drive operational excellence by ensuring exceptional food quality, outstanding service, and full compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards. Working closely with leadership, you’ll manage shift teams, optimize performance, and maintain consistency across a fast-paced, around-the-clock environment. The ideal candidate will be flexible and reliable, with the ability to work 2nd shift in a 24/7, 365-day operation.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–4 years of food service management experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, healthcare, military, or similar operations.
  • Education: Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food service operations and industry standards.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, costs, and inventory.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications.

  • Certifications: ServSafe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily food service operations in the employee dining room, ensuring service level excellence across all shifts.
  • Maintain 100% compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and training for shift teams to ensure efficient operations and high performance.
  • Deliver outstanding food quality with strict adherence to portion control, cost management, and presentation standards.
  • Assist in managing the operation within the approved budget, maximizing value and profitability.
  • Support purchasing and inventory management to ensure cost-effective and timely supply of food and materials.
  • Collaborate with leadership to maintain operational consistency across shifts and departments.
  • Foster positive relationships with associates, guests, clients, and internal departments.
  • Assist in developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive engagement and growth.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
