About The Position

This position is a full-time role that requires the individual to manage all aspects of the store during their shift. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Some supervisory or management experience is required.
• Food service management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all operations during the shift including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, profitability, and customer relations.
• Set an example for the crew by following all company policies and procedures.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, and adherence to company standards.
• Provide great customer service and maintain attendance and punctuality.
• Ensure store cleanliness and engage in local store marketing activities.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other store management.
