About The Position

This position is responsible for overseeing all operations during your shift, ensuring that all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, profitability, and customer relations are managed effectively. You will set the example for your crew and must adhere to all company policies and procedures, expecting the same from your team. Additional responsibilities include staffing, paperwork, food management, maintaining adherence to company standards, providing excellent customer service, ensuring attendance and punctuality, managing transportation to and from work, maintaining store cleanliness, and engaging in local store marketing. Teamwork and collaboration with other store management are essential for success in this role.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Some supervisory or management experience required
• Food service management experience is a plus
