This position involves overseeing all operations during your shift, ensuring that all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, profitability, and customer relations are managed effectively. You will set an example for your crew by adhering to company policies and procedures and expecting the same from your team. Additional responsibilities include staffing, paperwork, food management, maintaining adherence to company standards, providing excellent customer service, ensuring attendance and punctuality, managing transportation to and from work, maintaining store cleanliness, and engaging in local store marketing. Collaboration with team members and other store management is essential.
