About The Position

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess some supervisory or management experience.
• Food service management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for everything that happens during your shift including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, profitability, and customer relations.
• Set the example for the crew by following all company policies and procedures.
• Manage staffing, paperwork, food management, and adherence to company standards.
• Provide great customer service and maintain attendance and punctuality.
• Ensure transportation to/from work and maintain store cleanliness.
• Engage in local store marketing.
