This position involves overseeing all operations during your shift, ensuring cost controls, inventory management, cash control, profitability, and maintaining customer relations. You will set an example for your crew and are expected to follow all company policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities include staffing, paperwork, food management, adherence to company standards, providing excellent customer service, maintaining attendance and punctuality, ensuring transportation to/from work, maintaining store cleanliness, and engaging in local store marketing. Collaboration with team members and other store management is essential.
