• Set an example for crew members by following all company policies and procedures.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, and adherence to company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain attendance and punctuality.
• Ensure transportation to/from work and maintain store cleanliness.
• Engage in local store marketing.
